The Role:

We're seeking a talented leader to design and execute the demand generation strategy for digital marketing to increase sales pipeline and revenue. Partnering with executive leadership, you will be a key figure in the success of our Sales function globally.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the centralized Demand Gen // Digital Marketing Team that drives leads and demand for Solera globally across all account types:

  • Midmarket and Enterprise level accounts
  • Rooftop Sales
  • B2C
  • Ecommerce

Coordinate with global and regional sales and executive leadership to establish sales and lead generation goals

Create, manage and lead the strategy for demand generation and digital marketing to drive sales pipeline and revenue

Manage the global marketing KPIs and reporting models to track the performance of every demand generation campaign globally.

Oversee and expand the MarTech stack which includes:

  • Marketing Automation
  • Analytics
  • Digital Ad Platforms
  • Project Management

What You’ll Need to Have:

Management and Team Leading Experience

Critical understanding of the Marketing Funnel and how it interacts with the Sale Funnel

History of running results-based, digital marketing campaigns with proven results of generating high quality MQLs for sales

Extensive Experience with all facets of Digital Marketing:

  • SEO
  • SEM
  • Social
  • Email Marketing
  • Retargeting

Experience with utilizing the following:

  • Email drip campaigns
  • Lead scoring
  • Audience segmentation
  • Account Based Marketing
  • Multi-touch Lead nurturing programs
  • A/B and Multivariate testing
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Customer lifecycle modelling

Experience creating and maintaining a marketing budget

History of utilizing reports and dashboards and presenting key findings to executive leadership

Ability to work cross-departmentally with sales, product, traditional marketing, finance, etc.
